Article 14 (2019) of its bylaws says:
PANLAR online journal. Continuous publication model.
PANLAR has created the "Global Rheumatology by PANLAR" online journal, which will be the official scientific body of PANLAR. This journal arises from the need to express our own knowledge in support of our community, to facilitate the process of publishing knowledge and to become a modern medium that engages different multimedia platforms.
Global Rheumatology By PANLAR does not contemplate in its financing model to charge for article processing.
